The fabulous Beaubien Book Fair will take place in the upstairs gym on November 13th, 14th, 15th (Report Card Pick-Up Day), 16th and 17th.
Every dollar earned from the Book Fair are taken in books for our school library and individual classroom libraries.

We always need volunteers to insure a safe and successful event. Contact Sean McGarry (driftym@yahoo.com) to sign up. Everyone is welcome. No experience needed for this easy and rewarding volunteer gig that let’s you see our teachers & school in action.

We’ll sign you up for one hour, one morning, one day or the whole week… whatever fits your schedule.

Open for classroom shopping:
Mon., Nov.13……8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Tues., Nov. 14….8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Report Card Pick-Up Shopping:
Wed., Nov. 15….12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Open for classroom shopping:
Thurs, Nov. 16….8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Fri, Nov. 17…..8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Your help is also needed for set up on November 10th (time TBD, books usually arrive in the morning) & tear down on November 17th (from 1pm til 2:45).

Take note: this event is a dad friendly volunteer gig. Set up and tear down really benefit from the help of a few good men.

Also we have the amazing good fortune of having an absolutely delicious, home-cooked lunch delivered by the Beaubien bilingual committee on one of the classroom shopping days. We aren’t telling which day that will be.

We can say that ALL volunteers the parents look forward to being here on the day this lunch is served. Will you be among the lucky diners?
